Shipping

  • Oops! Please email us at info@amodernobject.com. If we can’t stop the parcel from being sent to the wrong address, it will make its way back to us. Once we've got it and processed your refund, you can place a new order. Keep in mind that any extra shipping fees aren’t refundable.

  • Orders will be shipped within 24 hours. For a general idea of delivery times, check out our shipping page. You’ll get the exact details at checkout once you’ve placed your order.

  • We’ll send you a tracking link once your order is on its way. Just click it to see where your package is on its journey to you.

  • No worries! If you’re not around to receive your delivery, the courier will usually try again or leave you a note with instructions for a new delivery attempt or pickup location. Keep an eye on your tracking link for updates, or give us a shout if you need help sorting it out.

  • Sometimes plans change. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, shoot us an email at info@amodernobject.com with your order number, and we’ll do our best to catch it in time. If it’s already on its way, no sweat - you can return it once it arrives.

  • Oh no, that’s not what we wanted! Please email us at info@amodernobject.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We’ll get it sorted and make sure you’re taken care of.

  • All our parcels take off from our warehouse in The Netherlands.

Order Process

  • Yes, the charges depend on your country and the items ordered. For specifics, it’s best to contact your local customs office. Just a heads-up: we don’t control these
    costs.

  • Visa, Mastercard, American Express, iDeal, Apple Pay, Paypal , Google pay.

  • Once you’ve placed your order, we’ll send a confirmation to your email. Didn’t get it? Peek into your spam folder just in case. Still nothing? Give us a shout. Your order will be processed, and once it’s shipped, you’ll get a final confirmation with tracking details so you can keep an eye on things.

Delivery

  • Absolutely! Check out our return and exchange process on the returns page, or drop us an email if you need more help.

  • We can make changes if your order hasn’t been picked yet. Email us at info@amodernobject.com with your order number and what you’d like to update, whether it’s a new address or swapping an item.

  • We ship to most countries in the EU, Australia, Canada and US. If you run into any issues with filling out your address at our checkout, just reach out and we’ll sort it out together.

  • PostNL organizes shipment in the Netherlands, DPD for Denmark & Finland and DHL takes care of the precious cargo to all other countries. For details on shipping options to your location, check out our shipping page or email us at shipping page.

  • No pressure! You can choose at the checkout whether to create an account or continue as a guest. Having an account just makes it easier to track your orders and breeze through future purchases.
